The special issue will be guest edited by Professors Richard M. Lee and Anna S. Lau. Brief 500-word proposals for contributions are due by September 3, 2012 and can be sent to Dr. Lee at richlee@umn.edu. Authors will be informed by September 28, 2012 if they will be invited to submit a manuscript for publication consideration in the special issue. The deadline for invited manuscripts to be submitted for peer-review is January 4, 2013
